This case study will outline a real world problem school leaders face annually and how to proactively work to solve the issue without breaking the budget. You'll also hear from outsourcing expert, Chris Pryor, founder of LeadTeam Partners, about recent outsourcing projects from independent school leaders like you.
This interactive session will also provide you with a framework to help you determine whether or not to outsource, and share some relevant tools to identify and vet your next external school partner because we know your time is best spent leading your school.
