Organization Overview

Crosland students are intelligent and hardworking, yet they often come to us feeling frustrated and overwhelmed. A student’s self-esteem may have been impacted by the difficult journey to find an academic environment suited to meet his or her unique needs. Crosland can provide this academic setting for your child where he or she feels accepted and safe by educators who understand. In order for each individual to experience a sense of belonging, we are committed to building and sustaining a learning community that respects and embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion.

The attention to detail and student support is evident in the highly qualified teachers who deliver a specialized curriculum that allows our students to gain understanding and to grow. We include the arts, athletics, social thinking, and executive functioning to create a balanced approach.

We strive for students to build confidence, become independent learners, and most importantly understand what they need to have in place to succeed and accomplish their dreams.

Our program provides a synthesis between customized academic curricula for students who learn differently and the loving support of teachers who encourage self-advocacy while also guiding social growth in a non-competitive, low-stress environment. We challenge children to measure their own growth rather than comparing themselves to peers, friends, or siblings.
